How pre-IPO contracts work
The contract follows the expected share price of the company. It moves with trading on Binance and with public signals: funding rounds, reported valuations, IPO news.
You trade a USDT-margined perpetual contract with leverage and funding payments. It gives no ownership, votes or dividends, and a position can be liquidated.
After the listing the contract follows the public share price. If the IPO is postponed or cancelled, Binance announces a delisting in advance and settles positions.
