These Terms govern your use of pumpinfo.life and the PumpInfo Telegram bots, channels and web panels (the "Service"). By using the Service or paying for a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PumpInfo is an information and analytics tool for the crypto futures market. The Service displays market data, its processing and automated alerts generated by algorithms. The Service is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or asset manager. PumpInfo is not affiliated with any crypto exchange.
All information in the Service, including alerts, charts, maps and texts, is provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, an offer to buy or sell any asset, or a guarantee of any result. An alert means that an algorithm detected a certain market event, not an instruction to open a trade. Past results do not guarantee future results.
Trading crypto assets and leveraged futures carries a high risk and can result in the loss of all funds. You make all trading decisions on your own and bear full responsibility for them. PumpInfo is not liable for any losses, liquidations, lost profits or other damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Data comes from third-party sources and is processed automatically. It may contain delays, inaccuracies and gaps. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, delivery of every alert, or that the Service will meet your expectations. Technical interruptions may occur, including without notice.
The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. You are solely responsible for making sure that using the Service and trading crypto assets is legal in your country.
PumpInfo Pro is a subscription that unlocks on the website and in Telegram: live whale entries and moves, fresh Pump Catcher catches from the last 24 hours, the order book heatmap, whale average entries on the map and personal alerts. Plans are 1 month, 3 months and 12 months; current prices are shown at pumpinfo.life/pricing. Payment is accepted in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) on the payment page or in the bot. The paid period starts when the payment is confirmed. If you pay while your subscription is active, the new period is added to the end of the current one.
Paid features are provided by subscription for the selected period. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency using the details shown in the bot. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We may change prices and plans; this does not affect a period already paid for.
A payment is considered complete only after the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain and verified by our system. Screenshots, images of pages and any materials other than the transaction ID (TXID) are not proof of payment. You are responsible for the correct address, network and amount. Funds sent in error (wrong network, wrong address, incomplete amount) may be lost, and we are not obliged to return them.
All payments are final. No refunds are provided, including for non-use of the Service, early cancellation or dissatisfaction with results.

The PumpInfo name, design, texts, algorithms and software belong to PumpInfo. Using materials from the Service without permission is prohibited, except for personal non-commercial viewing.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it. Free sections may become paid or be closed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of PumpInfo to you on any grounds is limited to the amount you paid for the Service for the last paid period.
We may update these Terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new version.

These Terms are available in several languages for convenience. If versions differ, the English version prevails.
