Privacy Policy

1. General

This Policy describes what data PumpInfo collects when you use pumpinfo.life and the PumpInfo Telegram bots, channels and web panels (the "Service"), why we collect it and how we use it. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Data we collect

• Telegram data: your user ID, username, display name and interface language. We do not receive your phone number.
• Payment data: transaction ID (TXID), sender wallet address, amount, date and selected plan. This data is already public on the blockchain. We do not store private keys or bank card details.
• Settings and usage: your alert filters, selected tokens, the source that brought you to the bot (for example, a link from the website) and your subscription history.
• Correspondence: messages you send us in the bot or to [email protected].
• Website technical data: browser language, country (determined by the Cloudflare network), pages visited and time of visit. To count visits, your browser is assigned a random identifier that is not linked to your identity. Your IP address is used only at the moment of a request to protect against overload and is not stored.
• Website account: if you sign in on pumpinfo.life, we receive your Telegram user ID, username and display name or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID, email address, name and profile photo. We use them only to create and recognise your account.
• Email for payment: if you enter an email on the payment page, we use it only to send the payment confirmation and to help you restore access. We do not send newsletters or advertising to it.
• Referral code: if you come through a partner link, its code is saved for 30 days so that a purchase can be credited to the partner.

3. Why we use data

To provide access and deliver alerts, verify payments and prevent fraud, answer your requests, analyse traffic and improve the Service, and protect the Service from abuse and excessive load.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website uses technically necessary cookies from the Cloudflare network (bot protection and content delivery) and its own technically necessary cookies: a sign-in cookie that keeps you in your account and confirms your Pro access (valid until your subscription ends or you sign out) and, if you came through a partner link, a referral cookie for 30 days. Google sign-in may set its own cookies needed for signing in. The browser's local storage (localStorage) keeps your selected language, your chart drawings (only on your device, never sent to our servers), your account status so that pages show faster and a random identifier for counting visits. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. You can clear this data in your browser settings, but saved drawings will be lost and you will need to sign in again.

5. Who receives data

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Data is processed only by providers the Service cannot work without: hosting providers, the Cloudflare content delivery and protection network, Telegram (sign-in and message delivery), Google (sign-in, if you choose it) and an email delivery service. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Retention

We keep data while you have access to the Service and for a reasonable time afterwards as needed for payment records, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Technical logs are deleted regularly.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion by writing to [email protected]. Deleting your data ends access to paid features. Payment records may be kept after deletion for accounting and fraud prevention.

9. Age

The Service is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The new version is published on this page with its date.

11. Translations

This Policy is available in several languages for convenience. If versions differ, the English version prevails.
